TITLE: #1 Career

Teaching is a lifetime profession and vocation, career planning is important struggle because in planning your career is very important, there are many problems before you pursue your lifetime profession. God is the one to plan for your future and you need to follow his plan to get your dream, to become strong, and to have a successful future.

The essential steps and their corresponding explanations towards a successful career planning

1.                  Self-Assessment
Gather information about yourself, such as your interests, aptitudes, values, preferred environments, realities, roles and needs. Career counseling can help you sought out your priorities.

2.                  Options 
Explore the options and industries you are interested in, as well as the job market. Get more details after narrowing down your options. Do detailed research through reading, taking up short courses, doing brief job stints, like internship, part-time work or even volunteering. If you’re short on time, you can get ‘career counseling’ from an online learning success center by studying the various career options and education offered.

3.                  Action 
Take concrete steps to achieve your goal. Goals without appropriate action are worthless. Career counseling can help motivate you. Develop a career search strategy, prepare for job interviews, and identify sources for acquiring new skills and education, including life skills like communication and money management. Be disciplined.

1.      Why did you enter the teaching profession?

I enter the teaching profession because that is my parent choice.

2.      How did you prepare for your teaching career?

I prepare myself in this profession as a public servant. I consume my full time and effort in teaching pupils especially those who are slow learners.

LENGTH OF SERVICE: 3 YEARS and  2 MONTHS

QUESTIONS:

1. Why did you enter the teaching profession?

I enter teaching profession because it fits my personality and ability.  In this profession, Ican show and share my ability I acquired during my school days.

I also do believe that with the different strategies and methods I’m using to teach children, they will become productive people in the community. They will become more competitive as they go along with their lives.

2.      How did you prepare for your teaching career?

Preparation in this career is somehow showing of dedication.

I don’t which are differing from the others. I just go with the flow, enjoying what I’m doing.
