My Experiences on EDUC165 Distance Learning

            This 2^nd semester Special Topics (EDUC165) is the only subject that I enrolled but behind of having one subject I had many experiences, some of this are communicating with the principal and the teachers of the school where conduct some of the task in this activity, also I had my experience on how can I communicate to the parents on the school.

Communicating and conducting this task is challenging for me, this is not my first time to conduct activity like this but every time I communicate with the principal, teachers, and all of the students I feel nervousbut yet happy. Every time I do activity like this I gain more knowledge from the principal and teachers, I gain more confidence for myself because this is the profession that I took up, someday I become one of the teachers who share knowledge to the students and become successful in my field of specialization.

When I conduct this activities all of the teachers and the principal are approachable, I don’t encounter any problems. I got information

Evaluation

            Objective: This course aims to give the teacher education students an opportunity to explore current issues and topics not included in the other professional education courses but are seen to be important and highly relevant to CLSU College of Education’s mission and vision.

This course Special Topics (EDUC65) is more on hands-on, creating blogs for us to be globally competitive in terms of being a students and being a future teachers. For me, surfing in the internet is gaining knowledge and this is my first time creating my own blog. Create my own blog is not easy I didn’t know where I go to make blog, this is my first so I ask my friend to help me in creating my own blogs. “Learning y doing” this is true based on my experience in creating my own blog, I learn how to create and having blog for the first time and this is the first step on how to become globally competitive.

This subject allows the students to become aware about the issue inside and outside the school campus using technology, sharing some thoughts based on the experiences of individuals and this course help us to become more knowledgeable in the field of our specialization.
